Our Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid plans and purchases made through the Equation Solver Service, operated by LLC "Functionsoft". All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial paid plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase — no explanation required.
2. Scope of the Guarantee
The 14-day guarantee applies to the first purchase of a paid plan. Renewal charges and purchases made more than 14 days ago fall outside the guarantee, but may be refunded at our discretion if the Service was defective, materially misrepresented, or substantially unavailable during the paid period. Refunds for these cases may also be required by applicable consumer law.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at billing@codebrix.io from the email address associated with your purchase. Include your order ID and purchase date. Alternatively, you may use Paddle's refund portal or the refund option in your Paddle receipt email.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing typically takes several business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Access After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your access to the paid features ends immediately and the associated licence is revoked. Any free features of the Service remain available to you.
6. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. You can cancel through Paddle's customer portal or by emailing billing@codebrix.io.
7. Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plan purchases carry the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, lifetime plan payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the Service, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Initiating a dispute without contacting us first may result in suspension of your access while the dispute is under review. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
9. Your Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
